JW Benson Ludgate Hill London. A superb regulator clock, circa 1880 and in absolutely first class condition. A good size clock with no losses or additions. The eight day movement strikes on the hour with a lovely calming sweep of the pendulum. The dial with a brass bezel, Roman numerals and a subsidiary seconds dial. This is a real statement piece being 4 feet in height and contained in a figured walnut case. Ht 130, W43, D18 cms
